TOTAL TOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All receipts must be shown on day of repair

1: We offer a lifetime guarantee on flange and swan neck towbars

2: A 24 month guarantee on all detachable towbars moving parts

3: Bypass electrics come with 12 months guarantee

4: Dedicated electrics come with 24 month guarantee

5: Parking sensors come with 12 to 24 month guarantee

6: Rear parking cameras come with a 12 month guarantee

7: Vehicle specific towbar programming comes with 24 month guarantee

8: Vehicle rear bulbs come with 1 week guarantee from date of fitting the towbar. After this period £45 pound call out charge will apply

9: Fuses come with one week guarantee from the date of fitting the towbar . And unless the blown fuse is towbar related a £45 call out charge will apply

10: Our fitter will report any scratches or damage on the vehicle before starting work. On completion of work the fitter will demonstrate the towbar to the customer including electrics and fuses. At this point the customer should take time to inspect the vehicle. And report any problems before the fitter leaves. Failing this will prevent us paying for scratches or any damage

11: Total towing will only pay for 3rd party repair if it’s agreed with us in advance

12: Total towing aim to carry out all repair work in 3 days. Please test your caravan or trailer 7 days before any holidays this will prevent any disappointment

13: Total towing is not responsible for any 3rd party modifications to the vehicle’s programming after are coding has taken place

14: Total towing is not responsible for any non genuine parts fitted to the vehicle . That can affect trailer stability. etc.

15: Total towing owns all pictures and logos and only to be downloaded for personal use unless written permission is given
